Tread + Tone
This 50-minute class offers the best of both worlds – cardiovascular work and strength training! We combine 25 minutes of cardio on the Curve with 25 minutes of Slow Resistance Training on the Megaformer!
This class is designed for all levels, whether it’s your first time running or you are preparing for a race. Our self-powered treadmill allows the runner to decide the speed based on their stride and the effort they put into it.
Our methodology is designed around the concept of Rates of Perceived Exertion (RPE), which allows us to teach to a group of people at varying levels. This class is designed for all levels, whether you’re a new runner or preparing for a race.
The curve in the treadmill is designed to offer a shock-absorbent and low impact workout. Even those with weak knees, injuries, or sensitive joints can enjoy a pain-free run on our treadmills.
