BODY FAT ANALYSIS
Body Fat Analysis is a comprehensive and precise measurement of your health for each independent part of your body. Our analysis shows a wealth of measurements that help you keep tabs on your fitness progress and health. Our measurements include weight, body mass index, fat percentage, visceral fat, muscle mass, muscle quality, muscle score, physique rating, bone mineral mass, basal metabolic rate, metabolic age, and total body water percentage. Can I just weigh myself on a scale? Muscle weighs more than body fat, a traditional household scale offers misleading numbers and lacks detailed and measurable statistics. While engaging in a fitness and nutrition program, a scale can often discourage you with skewed numbers.
Macronutrients, or macros, are the building blocks of nutrition. You probably know them better as carbohydrates, protein, and fat. Macros are the nutrients that you need to provide your body with the calories it needs to function. We will calculate your macros based off various statistics and body measurements. Knowing your macros allows you to better understand your meal planning and nutrition goals.

This isn’t a diet! It is specially tailored to each client based off body fat analysis, macros, and overall nutrition goals. Our ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist will customize an individualized menu to accommodate your nutrition needs and lifestyle. Our meal plans include three menus, each menu consisting of a breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack.

This is a one-off appointment and only requires a follow up through the Body Fat Analysis appointment unless you have different goals and/or your body incurs drastic changes. In this 30 minute appointment we will use an advanced scale to calculate your health measurements. We will then calculate your macros based off of these statistics. This package is designed for those with a deep understanding of nutrition and meal planning based off macros or for those who simply are looking for a quick follow up.

In this one hour appointment we will use an advanced scale to calculate your health measurements. We will then calculate your macros based off of these statistics. This package is designed for those familiar with nutrition and meal planning, but would like a deeper understanding of how to integrate this information into their health and wellness plan.

This isn’t a diet but rather an opportunity to learn about your nutrition needs. Do you love wine or dessert and don’t want to remove it from your diet? Instead of removing the things you love, we will help you figure out how it fits into your lifestyle. In this one hour appointment we will use an advanced scale to calculate your health measurements. We will then calculate your macros based off of these statistics. Using this information we will create a personalized holistic health and wellness plan. This package includes a mid-month follow up and a one hour follow up appointment after 30 days to discuss your goals and redo the Body Fat Analysis and Macros.
