What is your fitness background?
I am certified for different styles of yoga that I teach full time (Ashtanga, Absolute Hot, Yin, and Trapeze).
What interested you in learning the Lagree method?
Lagree made me feel every single part of my body in every move, and that’s just the first time I took class. I was amazed at how efficient the method is, so I just had to learn more about how that can be achieved in a 45-minute workout.
What is your personal exercise regimen?
I try to mix my activities and workouts. I love doing yoga, even if it’s just a quick 10-minute stretch before bed. I also enjoy Lagree (of course!), cycling and Zumba.
How would you describe your teaching style?
Playful yet grounded. I would like my students to enjoy the class and still get a really good workout.
What excites you the most about teaching at Elev8?
Meeting new people and sharing the Lagree love with them.
What is your favorite Mega Move?
It usually depends on my mood, but I always feel really good when doing Mermaid Crunch.
What do you like to do in your free time?
I love to eat! I also like to travel…and eat.
