We are so excited to announce the launch of our new Pregnancy Fitness Program – Bump and Burn! Here at Elev8, we are committed to offering our Mega Mamas the safest and most effective workout for both you and baby.
Now, clients can join our pregnancy-focused classes at any phase in their pregnancy, whether they have worked out at Elev8 in the past or not.
We will be offering complimentary classes throughout the month of September to anyone that is pregnant or has given birth within the last six months. Classes are offered on Tuesdays at 4:30pm and Thursdays at 8:30am with Janie. Email us to get signed up for your first Bump and Burn class!!
